i called just dial 5 march for air conditioner servicing... operator connected me to rahat enterperises hadapsar 9922746634... they sent some guy for servicing... he said gas is less so he did some sot ot refillin... cleaned grill with water and said it done... i asked him that ac is not doin any better and not cooling... for which he replied that keep ur ac on for 4-5 hours it will work... he charged 800 rupees for it as we had a deal on phone also... so be it... even for his 5-10 min job. but ac didnt work for keeping it on for whole night even... i called him next morning but he didnt recieve my call for 2 days on day 3 he picked from the another no. that i again took from just dial... he said he ll come and see..but again its been 5 days to see him coming... i comlained at just dial and he said to write u by mail... please do somethin about it. its my hard earned money which i just spent on ur recommendation... i would strongly suggest to remove him from ur list and i want my money back or my ac to be repaired.

this was the email i wrote them but no actions is taken yet and response is also awaited from just dial..
