The Gas Geyser by Jyoti, does not start readily. The gas rubber tube has to be taken off & connect again on with the regulator partially open. Believed to be 'Air trapping' as quoted by the company persons.
The dealer in Nigdi Pradhikaran, sent the persons multiple times. The persons struggled. Nothing worked. Now this dealer does not respond.
I approached the main office on e-mail & telephone. They sent one person. He suggested something. Complaint is not solved.
The matter is risky. We observed that the developed pressure tends the gas rubber tube to slide off, which is very dangerous. The company persons sent for problem solving, all appear without any theoretical & authentic knowledge, but operate only on experience.
