Kabonn Mobile/ KC320
Charger not working

I have purchased a Karbonn Mobile (CDMA) phone thru Reliance World Express on 15.05.2010.

Details of Purchase are as follows:

Model – KC320

Bill No.3450

Since yesterday charger of this phone is not working.

I went to reliance World also but they are not giving proper response in solving my problem.

I have purchased this phone keeping in mind that this is a new company in the telecom sector & definitely provide good product & service to the Customer but now I regret to say that it is totally opposite.

Request you to solve my problem at the earliest.
