Non functioning of cook Top

I had purchased KAFF cookTop Model no KC70 SSGI vide invoice no 1476 dtd 27/1 from Crystal Enterprises Chembur, Mumbai. This had been giving continuopus problems and always one burner is out of order. Inspite of repeated complaints the service person does not visit. There is always smell of gas in the kitchen and is a safety issue. Even now one burner is out of order and is not working and there is gas leakage. No response from KAFF nor the dealer. I have made a big mistake of buying this as there is no proper functioning of the gas stove and giving complaint is futile though being under guarantee. Any one can HELP... HELP..
