Sir,
I have given my handset (Nokia X2-01) for replacement on 24/01 to the care center. First they told me they will give it back after 10 days and since then i am still waiting for them to give me new handset. The problem with handset was it got burn, and care center sent it to the Company. And whenever i call them they say speak to our manager, i tried to contact him but no response. Thrice i called before, they said the handset is in company we dont know when they will receive the handset. I don't understand how much time they required and even they are not giving any first date on this. Its been more than a month. Please look into this matter. I need that handset badly. Thanks in advance.
