Fault in refrigrato

I had launch a complain regarding same but after two days service centre man came and take out some component from my refrigrator and tell tomorrow i will come and put new servicable component but after a week he did not came. this is a 420 and cheating with customer 'what you will tell, when you can not provide service how you can sell your product.my purchasing date is 10 OCT 11.
