Complaint booked 5 days back and complaint number is BAN 1109100151. Customer service centre promptly answers and book a complaint, No technicians visit the sites for attending the faults. While enquiring in the Service centre, they provide non working/ not answering numbers like land line 0821-2499987, mob- 9448220728. On re enquiry in the service centre, they are not having any progress in attending the complaints, simply they will dispose the problems without any clear picture. Therefore kindly attend the complaint immediately. yours
