Wrong levy of charges

I was gifted the above mobile by my wife. Within 6 months of its purchase, the hand set started having charging problems. So I took it to your Service Centre at Parth Systems in Vashi. There I was informed that the mobile was damaged and I was chrged Rs.350/- towards its repair another Rs.220/- for the charger. How a person can damage some part inside the connector is unknown. I had sent a grievance letter to your office at Diamond District, Airport Road, Bangalore, but the same was returned with remarks "LEFT PREMISES".

I request you to refund the money wrongly charged from me, failing which I will be compelled to approach the Consumer Guidance Society under the Consumer Protect Act 1986.
