Sir, I have purchased a Karbonn Mobile K10, in the Month of May, since that day its dual Sim not working (only 1 sim works)..still I was using the mobile .. but 15 days back it is totally dead, not starting also. Its upder warrendy period, I have submitted the mobile to one Cervice Center "New Tirupati Cellulars", Kharalwadi, Pune. It has been 10 days passed but they are not even telling me the problem of the mobile phone, just saying that, they have forwarded the mobile to the company & once it done they will inform me...
Sir I request you to take some action on this.
