Warranty not done for more than 45 days

Sir

i have sent my mobile for repairing during warranty period. After 45 days also i have not received my mobile. People from service centre are saying me that it has been sent to kolkata and we will inform you when it ll come. I gave it for repairing on 23.06.2011. Till now i have no information of my mobile. Plz help me
