I purchased a karbonn mobile (k 30) from 7 teleservices trivandrum kerala on24/04.after four months the track pad and display was not working.when i approached the store they asked to give it to the service centre. But the service people was telling that the stock was not available and they didnt took it for service. Even after regular visit and atlast they took the phone for service on 15/09at Karbonn care, Mass Tower, Opp Sub Jail, Attakulangara, Manacaud P O Trivandrum, Kerala. But to my Surprise and the worst service i have ever experienced they were behaving very rude and atrocious way to the customer only for the reason i Purchased a Karbonn Mobile. Till date MY Handset is with the service centre and whenever I approached they keep on saying stocks not available which means more than two and half months I was not able to get my phone back, to be more worse the service area manager of karbonn mobile in kerala after reporting this matter to him didnt pick his phone whenever making a call to him, Now i am really fed up and have a little hope that from the company thiis problem will soon be resoted and i can use the KARBONN MOBILE.you can contact me in my num (09447021857 Suresh)
