We had signed an RO AMC annual contract with Kashyap Enterprises on October 12. The company came for servicing the RO only once during the whole year instead of quarterly servicing. When our RO sensor broke down, the company promised to change it in August but never got back to us. Finally in the last month of the contract Oct they called back for the renewal. I asked them to change the sensors first as they had promised. They said the sensors are no longer available. After my persuasion they decided to send a technician. Unfortunately at the same time, our RO started leaking (membrane ruptured) and the pump broke down. This all happened before our contract was expiring on Oct 11. Inspite of enumerous calls (atleast 20 times), they did not send anyone until after Oct 11 passed. Now they are coming back and saying only if I renew the contract will they change the 2 parts! This is outrageous and extremely bad service. Their licenses should be revoked for lying throughout and providing such a bad service (customer service and poor technical service). I want my 3000/- back.
