I am to inform you that I had ordered two items through telephonic order placing system after noticing an advertisement in the News Paper The Mail Today, unfortunately I forget the items for which I had ordered. After receiving the sbi credit card card bill statement I noticed that Rs.7, 798.00 was deducted from my account on dated 28.02.2010 . Till date no phone call or any type of response received by me.
My phone no. 09910779259, 011-47541361, after searching website I noticed that the address of the company is M/s. KAVIRAJ HOUSEWARES IVR BANGALORE, 11/2, VIKASNAGAR LINK ROAD, NAGASANDRA, BANGALORE -560073 TELE NO. 41519445, I am afraid that they can misuse my card details. Kindly take appropriate action so that coustomers should not be cheated.
