Sub: Submission of complaint about kelvinator refrigerator Reg,

Respected Sir,

This is regarding a complaint about a refrigerator purchased by mother in law 5 years back. Due to lack of knowledge about the consumer protection I would like to bring your kind attention to the issue regarding a Refrigerator of Keltron Electrolux model no.50705734.Date of purchasing of refrigerator was on 23/12 with one year warranty. The device not functioned properly before one year and the service centre charged for repairing also. The cooling problem theysaid that because of gas leakage and they refill it with extra charges. After that we use the same and the consumption of electricity become three to four times than earlier. So we keep the device switched off. Today i try to reuse the same and when i try to the customer care fellow He is out of Office and for that i again spent 250 Rupees for the outside maintainance persons. Now i am at the edge of thinking about scrap selling about 11111 rupees paid on 23/12.
