We complained of our 'under-warranty' Kelvinator Microwave 2 months back. 2 technicians from the company came & inspected the product and took away the control panel of the microwave with them. Since then, we have not heard back from Customer Care even once. We have ourselves found out the phone number of the person in-charge of issuing replacement products Mr. Chetan and he has been either avoiding our calls, or is constantly in hospital, or keeps telling us that our replacement Microwave is on its way from New Delhi - but it is now over 2 months and there is no sign of any repair or replacement.
