Door Problem

Dear Sir,

Sir,

This is to inform you that a refrigerator has been brought by me on March by the name of Dev Methwani. The model no. of refrigerator is KCP324.

But from last few months have door problem over their, it is not working properly. we have complain to the dealer and customer care but no one yet to solve our problem as per your engineers said ultimately their problem was door not shut closed properly and required to change the door ..if you will not short out this problem than I will complaint with high level of consumer departement.

I hope you understand me and I request you to kindly change new door in my refrigerator to any body to solve out this problem.

because i am lots of bothered regarding this matter.
