I HAD DONE A COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 10-APR-11 AT MORNING, SO THE OPERATOR SAID THE ENGINEER WILL COME AT YOUR HOME ON 11-APR-11, THE NEXT DAY I GOT SMS WITH THE PERSON NAME WHO WILL COMING I WAITED TILL 8PM BUT NO ONE TURNED UP, I CALLED BACK ON SAME NUMBER THAT I RECIEVED SMS HIS NAME WAS MR. SHIRODKAR AND NUMBER WAS 9820283571, HE SAID I HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED ANYTHING ABOUT D COMPLAINT AGAIN ON 12-APR-11, I RECIEVED AN ANOTHER SMS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MR. HARSHAD CHAVAN IS ANOTHER ENGINEER, I CALLED HIM ALSO HE SAID THE SAME HE IS NOT BEEN INFORMED. MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS THA1004110033, MY FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING FROM TWO DAYS ALL THE GOODS ARE GETTING SPOILED. PLEASE SERIOUSLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
