I have registered a service request with Kenstar Cutomer care some where on 28-29 of April and was allotted a service request no. GHA3004110689 and was told that it will be attended in 24 hrs but despite of so many calls the service engineer no. was given on SMS when I spoke to him he said I got a wrong no. as he is only for Washing Machine again I started calling customer care and got another no. after 3 days who picked up AC on 7th May after calling Area service manager and told me to deliver next day.
Again 4th Day when I called up to ASM he gave me another no. to confirm delivery and I came to know that we don't have AC gas so it will take another 2-3 days.
If this is the response system that I have to wait for 20 days to get AC service then... why shall any one buy Kenstar Appliances
Is there any one to resolve our concerns from Kenstar side???
