I have purchased a Split AC recently from Kenstar and because the Dealer has refused to help with the service, I have been directly calling Kenstar's Call Centre to send a service engineer (1800 419 4040).
The experience of dealing with so-called Call centre employees has been highly annoying
1) We call them and they take the complaint, give us the Service request Number and give an assurance
that Service Engineer will visit us within 24 hours.
2) Nothing happens in 2 days, and we call back to know the status. They tell us that the Service Request
is cancelled and they will give a new Service request number which will get actioned soon (Within 2
hours).
The above 2 happens in an non-ending infinite loop. Everytime a new Service request is logged and the next day it gets cancelled.
When we ask the reason for cancellation, the call centre people are always unable to provide any
answer. They just start their PARROT kind of by-hearted Dialouges "Sorry for the inconveience sir, but
the Service enginner will contact you in 24 hours". When we ask them to transfer the call to their manager or a senior member, they refuse and disconenct the call.
This is highly frustrating and we dont know what is the other way to contact Kenstar for providing us service.
Mr Mritunjay, Ms. Tahzeeb, Mr. Kailash, Ms Soma, Mr. Guru Preet Singh are few names of Customer Care executives to take.
I think, Kenstar should look for more quanlification when hiring employees for their call centres. OR atleast spend some money on giving them proper training and teaching them adequate manners on how
to deal with Customers. This is a total 3rd class experience.
