BROKEN PART NOT BEING REPLACED

A Kenstar Slimline Air Cooler was purchased on 27.04.11 from Kamal Watch Service, R.P. Road, Secunderabad. A broken fin was observed on the same day and a complaint was made to Kenstar Call Centre. It has been over a month and a half and the part has not been replaced until now. Two technicians have attended the problem, the first one just visited the house and promised to return with the replacement part but closed the case without replacing the part. Subsequently after several complaints to the call centre for a month, another technician from a different service centre took the broken part with him and did not return so far, to replace a new one but have closed the case without replacing the broken part. The call centre is of no help and the regional offices do not pick up the calls as they probably do not exist.

The complaint numbers are HYD0405110333 dated 04.05.11 (closed without replacing the part) and HYD0805110048 dated 08.05.11 (closed without replacing the part).

Will Kenstar authorities look into this substandard after sales service and rectify the problem immediately.
