Micro not working and incomplete utensils

I have purchased Kenstar microwave on December but unfortunately it stopped working. When I consulted with the service center engineer he told me that its accessories are incomplete and he will bring it tomorrow and solve my other problems. From till date he has not come. I had many times called the service center but there is no satisfactory response from there side.

So, I request you to look after this matter carefully and take a satisfactory solution.
