Not giving warranty

I have purchased kenstar sandwich toaster from croma delhi on june 9th. After 2 to 3 months of use it's body cracked from below. i informed croma and on my behalf they registered a complaint in kenstar customer care. but 5 months have passed no support and positive response from kenstar. They only lure me by giving useless numbers to talk here and there. who have so much time to call them for 4 to 5 months?

I suggest dont purchase sandwich toaster from kenstar.

And regarding Croma i would like to say dont promise customers fake thing. they said and i extended the toaster warranty for 2 more years. but i am not getting the manufacturer's warranty so what about extended from croma.

i would also loke to suggest others not to extend their product's warranty from croma. They are just useless retailers...
