I have brought the new kenstar Water Heater -3 ltrs in the month of Feb. But after 10-15 days spark is coming. immediately i have registered a complaint in customer care. First time Service engineer without checking any thing simply told that your input MCB capacity is less. We have cross checked the Input MCB Capacity. Found to be OK. Again we have registered a complaint with customer care. second time also same engineer came & tested coil inside the heater. He told that Coil problem is there & i will attend the problem in next day. But service engineer didnot came. Nearly we have registered complaint for 5-6 times. But the complaint gets closed without un attending. i need service engineer sign & stamp on bills which i have paid. unless dealer is not replacing the heater.
