I had purchased an RO system in the month of October at Muzaffarpur, BIHAR. In JULY I have been transferred from Muzaffarpur to Mumbai. I had already requested to KENT Mumbai Office for reinstallation, they had given me the ID - 82 approx 10 days before but till date work not completed. I think I had taken a worse decision in Oct.
