I have bought kent gold optima water purifier on 26/072010. But the uf membrane is defective. It takes 8 hrs to purify only 1 lt of water. so I lodged a complaint at the customer care, who had given me a complaint no G42. But no one was coming to attend. I had called frequently at last after 2 weeks, one person of kent named Mr Pandey came and told that the UF membrane should be changed. He would have changed it within two days, But 20 days have been passed, neither he nor the customer care respond to change in spite of my frequent calls.
