I am based out of Kolkata and had puchased a Kent Grand water purifier about a year back. I have been immensely suffering since then on because of poor performance of the purifier - almost every fornight the water purifier stops, also the customer service is very poor.
During purchase, we were told that the customer service would be provided by Axis Consumer Services pvt ltd (Kolkata) during the warranty period. We are very dissatisfied with the delay in service each time the purifier has broken down.
Last month after the the purifier broke down last week, after complaint a to Axis, a new company NC Sales and Services turned up (also a provider of customer service for Kent) and provided the service. Now the purifier has broken down again this month. Surprisingly, now both these companies are not refusing to rectify our purifier despite it being in the warranty period. Each says the other company is responsible for "incorrect servicing"
Please can you immediately look into my concern.
