Frequent and repeated breakdown

I had installed the water purifier in the month of June. Just after one month, the unit got disordered and since then frequent and different repeated breakdown of the unit is going on. It was informed in written document to the company[KENT RO system ltd., Noida, Uttar Pradesh} in 26th July asking for replacement of the unit by a new one. But the company has not responded to request. The dealer frequently attends the breakdown, makes it okay for a few days but again it gets breakdowned. In such a way the dealer will cover up the warranty period of one year and I will be in trouble after the warranty period. Hence, I request you to look into the matter and solve our problem. I expect an early action on this matter.
