I purchased Kent Grand RO system from next showroom, sector 14, Gurgaon on dated 03.01.11 m/c no. KR100719285. since last 1one and half months abnormal coming from mc during run (to make up water level) i registered my compliant to next showroom on 3-5-11 & So many times call to Mr Raniveer (09990191610), Mr Sunil (09582798865 ) & NEXT SHOWROOM (0124-3211651), the all gave the assurance to recify the problem but till date and time neither they send the technetion nor arrange to rectify the problem. So, please take the neccesary action & do the needful.
