Machine failed for the 4th time

I purchased Kent Pearl Water purifier on 6/4, the sl. no of the machine is KR110315176 and the invoice no. is 2849. Since then the machine has failed to work 4 times and last 3 times they have repaired and it has worked only for a month and again the problem comes up. Last time, during September, i insisted to replace the machine but the local dealer convinced and again repaired and went away. Now again the problem has occured and the machine is not working.

Their response to customer call is pathetic, on 24th & 28th i have registered a complaint online and till date no response from their end. This seems ridiculous, one hand they supply a defective machine on the other hand they don't respond to customer service calls.

Please help me to get rid of this defective machine, i don't have any confidence on the repairs they do on the machine, i have spent Rs 15500 on this machine and i am not able to use the same peacefully for atleast 2 months since i purchased.
