The Kent RO authorised service provider Axis Exim Pvt. Ltd. service person do not turn up for timely service & the servicing provided by him is also not satisfactory.
Moreover, he does not adhere to the prescribed service guidelines, rules & regulations as per the service contract. He does not address customer queries, feedback & suggestions.
