I bought a kent ro and it is now on amc .three months back i got the filters and membrane changed on 4th june but it was not functioning so i keep on complaining but it was never ractified even after four consecutive complaint. the tds of ro water after changing the membrane and filters was 1200 that shows the quality of product being changed. now the kent copany want that again i should pay for the same. kindly help me out.
