I had the bad experience of buying kent RO about 14 days back. I have lodged complaint thrice for machine not working. It is repaired but goes bad again within 24 hrs. It is again lying offroad with complaint lodged on 11 May however no action till 12 May night. During tomarrow morning prayers to the God I will ask Him to come in the guise of Kent RO repair technician. 14 days old RO already gone off-road four times. Thank you Mrs Hema Malini, for misleading us.
If any Kent company official does read this please do contact on tele 09650270729. Plz solve this problem by getting the machine repaired.
