Even after taking & paying for 1 year Service Charges; Kent Water Purifiers are not delivering service at all!!!
Even after making complaints & service requests, nobody has turned up even after 2-3 weeks. Though their SLA is 24 hrs!!! Calls were made to remind them about the complaint numbers; still no response and nobody turned up.
