Hi,

My name is Sanchit Rawat. I had ordered an i-pod from 100bestbuy.com. After placing the order i recieved a call from the service provider for the home address verification and discussing the product details. They told me that the i-pod is of SONY company, and along with i-pod we are giving earphone, warranty card, data cable and you need to pay the Rs 699 on delivery and this is our offer prize actual price of it is Rs 2999. So i placed the order. After 4 days of their call i recieved the i-pod through courier, but when i opened the pack i found that its was a Local i-pod, data cable and i-pod both are not working, and there is no warranty card. I tried calling your customer care no. 08065470657 but no one is picking the call.
