REFUND FOR RS.326

I purchased one Intex cordless phone and made payment for rs.326.00 using my credit card. This transaction was done on 15.02.2012. The amount for Rs.326.00 has been debited to my card payment two times. Since then, I am pusuring the supplier for refund of Rs.326.00 but of no avail. I wrote numerous mails and made countless telephonic calls upon them in this regard, but neither they are giving any satisfactory reply nor they are picking up my calls thereby causing embarassment to their consumers like me.
