I have purchased a Kodak digital camera for Rs. 5698 over phone using my credit card on 27th September whereby I have been also promised Rs. 5000 worth free holiday gift voucher and Rs. 7000 worth air travel voucher along with Camera. My Credit Card got debited with Rs 5698/- on the same day itself in favor of Living Media, but till now no product is being received by me.
Appreciate an Immediate action on this.
