Lava A10
Touch problem

Dear Sir,

I brought a Lava A 10 Mobile handset from Paulson Electronics, Nalagarh wide bill No. 738 dated 24.03.11. but after two months I face a problem with touch of this set. I complaint this problem to M/s Paulson Electronics they suggest me Monu Computer & Mobiles near Micro Turner Dhaman Complex, Jharmajri, Baddi Distt- Solan (HP). Mob:-09736050064. i sent this set to them for repairing on 10.07.11. but there is no result till date.i make calls so many time to them but no satisfied response from them. now i am frustrated. can you suggest me what should i do.
