Non properly functioning of mobile

I have given my Lawa A9 mobile IMEI NO A: 910040079241621 IMEI 2 : 910040079241639 for reparing during warrentee period at Anupam computer, near kotwali Dehat, Distt. Gonda 271001 .on date 09.09.2010 When I asked him about reparing of my set they started that this phone Plate was replaced & changed IMEI but he is not wrote on my original bill. I have tested own mobile st on the Local care of LAWA for not properly functioning of mobile set. He told you come next day and he did not changed IMEI on Original Cash Memo, At present time my mobile is in bad Condition, So kindly take Some serious action against them, your faith fully
