Dear Rajiv,

Through this mail, want to aware you kind of customer service you people are providing.

I bought my LCD on 19th Feb which break down on 12th May. I lieu of that I booked complaint telephonic-ally on 13th May. Mean while I try to contact Nagpal electronics Amritsar, from where i bought this, but that shame less guy not ready to even talk on this topic. Your engineer visit my place and told me that chip board is destroyed and they have ordered the same from Delhi, and assure me that he will replace by Wednesday. But no one turns back till this time.

I again call to Service help line, where Mr. Mukesh attend my call. Upon checking my complaint status he told me that my complain is updated as "Resolved". I shocked listen all this from on of reputed firm of India. Then again he updated my complaint and assure me that it will resolve by tomorrow.

I just want to aware you from the quality of customer care, that you people provide being in service industry.

Please take this matter under consideration and required action to save profile of one of reputed firm.

Can you please mail me replacement policy of product laid down by your company.
