I purchased Lemon handset Mod. No. Lemon Duo 401 of Rs 3250. on 13/03 from the retailer at Jhajha. After a few weeks it has many problems. I take it to the retailer. He asked 2 mnths. to resolve the problem through company. After 2 mnths He gave me a new handset of Lemon Mod. No.339. After a few days I found that its price is about 2600 & it is not working properly. I complained to the retailer, to the company. But nobody has given me positive response. After 10 mnths the company agreed to replace the handset. I submitted all document with complete handset, accessories at the service point at Jamui on 20/12/10. But I am still waiting when my problem will resolve. When my handset will delivered to me. The company is neither giving any response nor a person receiving my phone. Please advise me what should I do?
