I ordered a Bajaj New Light Weight Dry Iron on 3rd oct. But i have't received the item still.

Site showed that they dispatched through the firstflight. I tracked it online with track ref id. I came to know that it was delivered to shillong. But my destination address is in Andhra pradesh. How come it will go to the some other address.

I need my item at any cost or if u fail to send the item again, requesting you to refund money as soon as possible.
