I have bought a window AC 1..5 ton LG on 08.05.11, I have already done its extended warrenty for one year. But from April-12 its not working / cooling at all. I ahve already lodge a complaint regarding the same in LG Customer Care Service almost 10 time from April to till 29.06.12. Every time they fill the gas and after 10 days the gas is empty. Thery haver charges transport charges on every visit. Last 2 times they have chrged me for foaint in AC but nothing was done. I have lodge last complaint regarding the same is on 29.06.12 vide complaint no. RNA 120629049591, but till now no one has to resolv the problem, I am very much upset from LG service. They have so much for extended warrenty and transport charges but give nothing servie. I have request you people pls. help me out from this and change my AC.
