This is in regards with the person who had come to service my lg tv after my 3-4 times of calling the customer care the person finally attended the tv complain. he initially told us that his service charge wud be 1500/- where as company people told it would be 1100/- later he dint even check the tv as he said it is use less to repair the tv instead sell and go for a new one. without attending to my complain he just left the place. hence forth i request the concerned department to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
