I purchased LG 510 CDMA mobile from your distributor/dealer (M.K.MBOILE SHOP- 3, Kanyakumari apartment, Tin Batti, Nani Daman 396 210, on dtd 20/08/10 against invoice no.757.Invocie copy enclosed for your referece.
Next week I face one problem on handset hang the set touch screen after pressing the memory status key, and blue tooth on/off key & swhitch off the set and get the normal. Then I went to your distributer but due to non availability of particular person on shop (LG dealing person), I am not getting the service. After the 3rd visit on 19/08 they told that your hand set is effected the virus due to the same problems are coming, then they told we send the hand set to LG SERVICE CENTER TAKE 5 to 10 days time for clear the problems, other wise directly you go to LG service center and clear the matter.
Due to some urgent tour program I am busy with out side vapi & I unable to go to the LG SERVICE CENTER or your distributer, After the tour program today I send the hand set to LG SERVICE CENTER they checked and told there is no virus one IC problem & replacement required and no stock take 10 days time.
Now I given the hand set to LG SERIVCE CENTER, and I request to you to please check my matter & replace the hand set as new one.
The set is newly purchased hand set, so I once again request you to pls help and replace the new hand set.
