I have made a request on 18th Feb for servicing of my AC (request no. C1021825237) for which I had specifically told Mr. Suresh who attended my call that send the servicing guy after 2:30 since my office closes at 1:30 and I would reach home after 2:30. I got a call on 19th Feb by the servicing guy that I would be coming tomorrow i.e 20th Feb but he did not turn up after waiting for him till 6:00. I called up call center and Mr. Hiten Parmar told me that I apolozise for the same but the servicing guy would reach at your place at 8:00 on the same day i.e 20th Feb but again he did not turn up. Fed up I called call center again the next day i.e 21st Feb and Mr. Saurabh told me that the servicing guy had come to your place at 1:00 since the appt has been fixed for 1:00. I am clueless why he had come to my place at 1:00 when my office closes at 1:30 and there is no chance that I would reach home at 1:00??? Secondly this update was not given to me by Hiten Parmar when I called on 20th Feb why did he tell me that the servicing guy would be coming to your home at 8:00. After all this mess Saurabh took my request again request no. C1022110314 and have assured me that the servicing guy would attend to my call within 24hrs. Today i.e. 22nd Feb I got a call from Mr. Nadeem (Contact No. 26821224) and he said he can send the guy before 1:00 today I have told him I had made the request on 18th Feb because we are available at home only after 7:30 during weekdays so why are you sending him at 1:00 to which he said then you should have said specifically to the call center that send service guy on Saturday or Sunday to which I gave I told him I had told this to the call center and they said the servicing guy had come on Saturday at 1:00 to which he said okay I will check why he had been to your home at 1:00 when the request was to reach at your place after 2:30. After 5 mins he (nadeem) gives me a call again and tells me that the servicing guy had come at 4:00??? Please make me understand the gap between the time said by your call center and the servicing guy.

I am totally fed up with your service it’s been 9mths since I bought this product and I have got only 1 servicing out of the 3 promised. I had made n no. of calls for servicing in these 9 mths only to get the same feedback. I have washing machine/fridge and microwave of LG I feel I have been cheated. I was supposed to buy LED TV from LG yesterday but after such a wonderful service experience I bought Samsung.
