Poor customer dealer relations

I am Ravi Inder Singh Dhindsa, serving in Indian Army. I wnted to bring in to your notice the poor relations and treatment extended by one of the authorised dealer of LG products- J B Marketing Services, in Faridkot, Punjab. during my posting in Faridkot, i purchased a LG AC (1 Ton) from the above mentioned dealer in the month of June. As per the the company policy, there was a offer given of Free- gift to be given to the customers on buying certain LG products and this AC was one of these. when i purchased the AC, that time the free gift (Reebok sunglasses) was not available with the dealer, so he gave me the assurance that i will be given the free gift within 15 days. since that day i have personally visited the shop nearly 15 times till Nov 10 but every time the dealer came with the same reply that he will get back to me soon and deliver the gift at my residense address. As i got my posting in mid of nov from that place to some new place, i called up the dealer to find out the status of mu free gift, to which he replied that, " he does not have free time to listen to my quiery " and after saying so the dealer disconnected the phone. now he does not even attend my call. It is such a disgraceful act on dealer's part and ill- treatment carried out with a Defence officer, which is not acceptable. Please do something!!!
