Non atteendance of annual servicing of AC under AMC

I got the AMC of AC 27.02.2010 starting from 05.12.2010 from authorised service centre of LG located at L-2/109, New Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi. Its mid of May but no one has come to do the servicing. When I called Shri Vikash, who represented the Co. for AMC, he told me that I will have to call the Cos. no. for my Complaint. I told him that there is no Complaint and its annual servicing for which you have taken AMC and the same has to be done in normal course as you have charged money from me. He replied that you have given money to me. I am not responsible and I will have to call the co. for servicing also. It is also pertinent to mention that they have not printed any no. where we can lodge our so called complaint. When I called the owner Shri Pravesh Sharma (Mob 9871845817) he didn't bother to pick up the phone. Its May and no servicing done till date. Is it the tactics of LG to gather money through such tactics or they are sincere to serve the customer sincerely?
