I have bought an LG refridgerator on 24th December from the LG showroom in Marathalli, Bangalore. The product was supposed to be delivered on 27th Dec between 12-3 PM. But the product was not delivered. The showroom manager gave me lame excuses and deferred the delivery date to 28th Dec. I agreed to it but still they did not deliver the product. I therefore am forced to lodge a complaint against them. Please suggest what can be done in this regard.
