Flatron Gold TV repai

I had 5 year old LG Flatron Gold TV. Its picture was coming distorted. I filed complaint with LG Customare care. The service engineer visited the TV and suggested that he would visit again with an IC which needs replacement. My first complaint was in 9 Jan'10 then on 23 Jan'10 and now today 5 Feb'10. Now service centre maintains that it can not be repaired. I am really surprised that within 6 years of its use one TV can become unrepairable. The no of my latest complanit is C1020512937

I request LG highest authority to intervene.
