It's really pathetic to experience that LG-Service is at the worst.

Being a loyal customer of LG for quite some time now... it's hard to believe that LG-offers poor after sales service.

I have registred a complaint on 15th of April requesting service for my Micro Oven. The service engineer had visited and promised to get back with the required spares the very next day...

Since than, I have been calling the service engineer and LG Customer service almost daily... But there is no any good response for their side...

I feel now owning a LG product is not a comfort but a curse to your peace of mind...

Hope LG attends to the service request at the earliest.
